What choices do airlines have when it comes to getting their content distributed?

This document was put toghether by Ann Cederhall and Riaan van Schoor, who have spent their careers mostly on opposite ends of the air travel distribution chain. In working together they realised there is little to no knowledge on the travel buying side (e.g. agents) of how an airline can distribute its content.
